4. How do I place an order?

Download the Wolt app or visit the Wolt website. Enter your location, browse available restaurants or stores, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

5. How do I use a promo code on Wolt?

To use a promo code, open the Wolt app and go to your profile by tapping the "Profile" button in the lower-right corner. Select "Enter Wolt Promo Code," input the code, and submit. For promo code visit the Wolt Promo Code page

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order in real-time through the Wolt app.

7. Can I combine orders from multiple locations?

Yes, one of Wolt’s unique features is the ability to add items from different restaurants or stores along the courier’s route. The same courier will pick up all your items and deliver them in one trip.

8. Can I schedule deliveries in advance?

Yes, you can schedule an order for a specific delivery time during checkout.

9. How does it work when buying alcohol on Wolt?

When your order includes alcohol, couriers are required to verify your age upon delivery by checking your ID. If you cannot provide valid age verification, the alcoholic items in your order will not be delivered.

10. What payment methods does Wolt accept?

Wolt accepts various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, mobile payments, and some local payment options, depending on your region.

11. What is Wolt+?

12. What is a service fee?

The service fee covers the cost of enhancing and optimizing Wolt’s platform. The fee amount varies depending on your order size and helps support service improvements, such as delivery process optimization.

13. How can I tip the courier?

You can tip the courier during checkout under the "Payment" section. Choose from suggested amounts or enter a custom tip between €0.50 and €100. 100% of your tip goes to the courier, and Wolt does not take any portion.

14. Are there any delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary based on the distance between your location and the restaurant or store. You can view the delivery fee at checkout before placing your order.

Sign up with your email, phone number, or social media accounts through the app or website.
